18 days away...

We really are on the final count down (and if you haven't noticed its been a crazy last month and I have not blogged).

There is so much that has happened and there are pictures I need to upload from showers and my trip to Colorado for my Bachelorette party (and really just time with my friends whom I love and miss).

I also have my awesome bridal pictures (which apparently is a southern thing) and I can't wait to show people! :) I really enjoyed getting to do a run through of hair, makeup, flowers and the dress.  It is not that I didn't like my dress when I would put it on and bought it (because I liked it enough to buy it...) but I LOVED how I looked (like a little princess or something) and it was one of the first times it hit me that I was getting married.

We also went and got our marriage license yesterday since I was off.  Brian and I are ready for the craziness to be over and continue to joke about just going to the court house on Thursday (because you have to wait 3 days after getting your license to actually get married) and we might as well.  By then though, it will be 2 weeks from when my family gets in and I cant wait to see them and share this time with them.

I woke up last night anxious as ever about tulle. I know that sounds ridiculous but from 2-3 I had knots in my stomach and could not quiet my mind.  Oh how I want the weekend of the wedding to come.  All the craziness and stress will be worth the awesome weekend with friends and family.  I am one who is high stress/worry but I am going to choose to enjoy the wedding weekend.  Yes, I am starting to practice this mindset now....

On a different but equally important (if not even more important) note I have applied to several if not like 30 jobs and I am waiting to hear back from a few specifically.  Continual prayers for this would be awesome.  We are also beginning to look into housing in the Wilmore area.  And I am excited about the options but having job security is important for both us and the property managers.  In all of this, I am not worried about getting a job but I am curious about what job I will end up with.

Here is to the next two months of change.  Really good change.
