JOY!

I know that it is kind of a lot to add another trip to my fall....BUT YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE! :)

Brian and I are planning on going to MO over labor day weekend and taking an extra day off (Friday the 2nd) and then returning the night of labor day.  Got to check in on the family and see how they are doing (plus if I am lucky Ashlyn will come like she said she was planning on and I usually only see her once a year).

And then Oct 22-Oct 30 I will be going to Haiti (as we all know!!!) Which is a huge trip and I am so excited to see what God does.

Then Thanksgiving break which we celebrate with Brian's family.

And of course the topper of the year is going home to AZ for a week at the end of December when Baylor is closed for the holidays! :)

But I decided that I needed to visit a place that is near and dear to my heart...COLORADO!
It is my second home (and really the first place that I made a home all by myself as an adult).

There are tons of people I hope to see and cannot wait to see! :)  Some who I have not seen in a year and 5 months by the time I go out there.  My heart needs it.  This year as been so trying thus far and this wonderful community that I left a year and a half ago has blessed me more than they will ever know.

Just bought my ticket today! I get in early (and by early I mean 7:40am) on Friday Sept 30th and stay until late in the evening on Sunday Oct. 2nd.
3 FULL DAYS!

So mark your calendars and prepare to not sleep, eat a lot together and enjoy the beautiful weather that time of year brings!
